I am a business leader and ecosystem builder, with over 16 years of experience in building and scaling ventures, leading teams, and driving measurable outcomes across startups and institutional platforms.

From Building Companies to Building Systems
I began my journey as an entrepreneur, founding Ulaginoli Energy Solutions, where I led business development, operations, and client delivery.
Working with organisations such as Lucas TVS and Ramco Cements, we delivered solutions that resulted in 15 million+ units of energy savings.
This experience shaped my perspective on leadership: Real impact comes from execution, not intention.
Leading and Scaling Ecosystems
Today, I head the incubation programs at SSN iFound, where I lead strategy, partnerships, and operational execution.
The work involves:
- Building and scaling startup pipelines
- Progressing startups from PoC to Scaling to Funding
- Driving funding and investment outcomes
- Developing partnerships across stakeholders
- Ensuring program sustainability and growth
Through my leadership (2023-FY2025-26):
- Built and scaled a 400+ startup pipeline, onboarding 25+ ventures
- 20+ ventures incubated
- Enabled ₹20+ Cr in funding across equity, grants, and debt
- Drove ₹2.09 Cr+ in revenue across portfolio startups
- Supported venture growth through creation of 69+ jobs in startups
- Facilitated 20+ strategic partnerships across government, investors, corporates, and academia
