Hello and welcome to my website! I’m Boniface Pascalraj, Senior Manager at SSN iFound (SSN Incubation Foundation) with a passion for entrepreneurship and sustainability. I am passionate about entrepreneurship and have been contributing to the startup ecosystem for over 14 years. During this time, I have co-founded startups in India and the US in the areas of energy, e-commerce, home services, and aggregation.
Through my energy startup, Ulaginoli Energy Solutions, I assisted organizations such as Lucas TVS, Ramco Cements, Johnson Lifts, Stanadyne, and more in reducing their energy consumption. I am proud to have played a role in promoting sustainability through energy-efficient solutions.
In addition to my entrepreneurial journey, I have been actively contributing to the startup ecosystem by being a resource person for startup programs at various Government and Private institutions such as Entrepreneurial Development and Innovation Institute, BYST, VIT, Hindustan University, LIBA, etc. I have also been assisting startups individually and through global platforms such as Founder Institute, and Loyal VC.
At SSN Incubation Foundation, I am responsible for facilitating mentoring, funding, and supporting early-stage startups in their journey toward success. I leverage my expertise in branding, B2B sales & marketing, and go-to-market strategies to help startups achieve their goals. My experience as an entrepreneur has given me valuable insights into the challenges that startups face and I am committed to helping them overcome these challenges.
Apart from my corporate responsibilities, I am also a Ph.D. research scholar at Sathyabama University, Chennai, focusing on challenges faced by entrepreneurs in the solar photovoltaic rooftop industry in Tamil Nadu. Additionally, I am a public speaker, visiting faculty, and blogger, where I share my insights on entrepreneurship and the solar energy industry.
I am an electrical and electronics engineer and hold an MBA in marketing and operations with a gold medal from the Loyola Institute of Business Administration, as well as qualifications in entrepreneurship, solar PV system design, installation, project engineering and management, and six sigma green belt.
In recognition of my contributions, I have received awards and accolades such as the Distinguished Alumnus Award from Mount Zion Schools, Pudukkottai, Best Summer Project Award from LIBA, and Certificate of Leadership from National Entrepreneurship Network.
I believe that entrepreneurship and sustainability are critical for our future, and I’m committed to driving change and making a positive impact through my work.
